AIR INJECTOR SERVICE
AirInjectors.Com was the first and perhaps the most experienced DFI Air Injector Service Center in the world.
We perform all the basic tests listed in the factory Mercury Marine Manual(s) and often, more.
Testing an air injector does not mean it will last longer. It is only an indication of its current condition at the
time of testing.

Air Injectors always work right before they don't.

AirInjectors.Com does NOT use "sonic cleaning" to clean injectors.
Our experience has shown sonic cleaning to not be practical for technical reasons.
Sonic cleaning may contribute to premature air injector failure.

Your Injectors will be cleaned to an acceptable average for proper and efficient operation.
They will NOT be perfect and they will NOT look like brand new.

SHIPPING
AirInjectors.Com typically ships via USPS Priority and has to option to insure your package(s).
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
The customer must request and pay for shipping insurance if so desired.
The Customer must open and inspect the contents of his order to confirm the order is complete and as promised.
If the package has been opened or damaged in transit the customer must immediatly report such damage to the postal carrier.

Packages opened by any other individual other than the customer who placed and paid for the order are not the
responsibility of AirInjectors.Com or The Outboard Shop and no warranty or claims may be submitted or considered.

Air Compressors
We do not sell used or remanufactured air compressors.
All compressors are original factory Mercury Marine products.
Mercury Marine may make changes to to their products and the compressor that you
receive a slightly different (usually improved and superceded) compressor.
There are positively NO RETURNS on compressors.

RETURNS
All returns must be pre-approved and have an RMA number and/or authorization.
There are no returns on electrical parts or service manuals.
